Hips and Lower Back Course
This series designed to restore confidence in movement, mobility, strength and realignment for ideal functional positioning in the hips and lower body.
These classes target internal/ external rotation of the hip, strengthening the adductors and lateral hip, hamstring strength and conditioning to help assist the flexion of the knee, lower abdominal connection and obliques to strengthen core stability and rotational control through the trunk.
Begin the course in order of the videos and how they are placed. Try one a day for the 6 days and see how your body is improving and developing. Once you have completed all sessions continue to keep them on repeat as regular sessions of your weekly movement and wellbeing routine.
