    Strength and core class utilising a heavy and lighter dumbbell of your choice. Perfect class for strengthening and toning all over!

  • Pilates Standing Core Class

    Episode 3

    Standing core Pilates matwork style class designed to sculpt, shape and define your core and rest of your body with our targeted moves. Utilise either weights or soft mini stability balls to choose your intensity.

  • Pilates Standing Matwork Class

    Episode 4

    This standing matwork Pilates class focused on controlled rotation, upper and lower body moves and a nice flow to lengthen out. A great class that will soon become a favourite to your weekly routine. This class is also great for golf enthusiasts.
