    Episode 1

    Pilates body class using a challenging weight for upper and lower body movements, a flexband and mat. Suitable for general to high fitness levels. An excellent class to develop strength, condition and a strong sense of postural awareness.

  • Pilates Spinal Support Core Strength Class

    Episode 2

    Pilates spinal support class suitable for all clients especially those with hyper mobility, spinal health movement modifications, post natal, and in general an excellent deep core connection class for all levels.
    *Use props as required for modifying

  • Pilates Full Body Maintenance Class

    Episode 3

    Full body flow class designed to strengthen, tone, condition and improve overall mobility. A great true Pilates mat class with lots of essences of breath work control, postural alignment and coordination. Definitely a class that you can repeat a few times a week.

  • Pilates Core Sculpt ft Chair and Dumbbell

    Episode 4

    Core sculpt full body energising class using chair and light dumbbell. A fusion of strength and barre moves to tone, shape and challenge. you will definitely get sweaty in this one! Suitable for Intermediate level clients.

  • Pilates Express Core - ft Flexband

    Episode 5

    Intermediate to advanced core challenge class. Use a medium tension flexband for this class.

  • Pilates Express Core ft 30cm stability ball

    Episode 6

    Strong core class suitable for seasoned Pilates clients.
