Swiss Ball series targets the general level client to more intermediate progressions using this fantastic prop! *Great for pre / post natal and back care clients also. In our second series we continue to develop your upper body strength and condition, further elevate your core awareness and postural position, and introduce you to your newest favorite stretch and flow sequence! Work through these classes and see your bodies overall fitness and wellbeing develop!

  • Swiss Ball Series: Core connection

    Episode 1

    A great core connection class to really target strengthening posture and overall body awareness. The swiss ball in this class assist the body with support whilst also providing a great challenge. Suitable for general to intermediate clients.

  • Swiss Ball Series - Lower Limb Conditioning

    Episode 2

    A great Swiss ball class for general to intermediate clients wanting to build strength, condition and balance into their routine. A great option for taking this class straight after the foundational class. This class targets the lower limbs.

  • Swiss Ball Series Foundation Class

    Episode 3

    A great first class to get the body moving in a safe, controlled and targeted way to build confidence and start to introduce core control and postural awareness.
