  • Pilates Lean and Lengthen Pt 2 Ft Stability Ball

    Episode 1

    One of our favourite workouts amplified to intermediate level! This core class targets all angles of the waistline, hips and lower limbs! Great one to add to your workout week on high rotation!

  • Evolve Barre Body

    Episode 2

    This is a fantastic Barre Body workout designed to sculpt, shape and tone the lower body. Your heart rate will be up in this high energy workout! You will definitely sweat and feel instant results feeling firm and lengthened. Great for general fitness levels.

  • Pilates Slide & Sculpt #1

    Episode 3

    This intermediate level Pilates class will challenge and shape the entire body. Hand weights are optional and you can use a tea towel or facecloth for a slider if you don't have one.
    A great workout to get the heart rate up and the body burning!
