A great one to finish your work day on especially for those in careers that require work boots and high heeled footwear.

  • Work Place Wellness - Lower Body Flexibility

    Using a TheraBand this daily movement class is the perfect addition to your wellness routine. It provides mobility and condition to the ankle, knees and hips with targeted movements to provide freedom in these places. You will notice better posture and balance by taking this class regularly.
