    A fantastic class for beginners and all levels that helps to assist strength, stability and mobility of the upper body. A great class to really see and feel significant change in your posture and overall shape of your upper body.

  • Pilates Core Series #2

    Episode 2

    This standing and kneeling Pilates Core workout challenges the whole body, shaping everything from the center out. This one will become one of your regular favorites!

  • Barre Mini Stability Ball Leg sculpt

    Episode 3

    Barre class using chair or stable surface designed to sculpt and shape the lower body. Suitable for genera to intermediate clients. This class delivers a burn!
