This unique series is a combination of years of working with clients in studio requiring rehabilitation or exercise prescription homework for workplace related injuries, postural concerns from different workplace environments/ machinery and mental/ physical fatigue.

  • Pilates Trigger Point Release Lower Body -ft Evolve Lacrosse Trigger Ball

    Excellent Pilates Rehab class that will alleviate tension in the feet, ankles, calves, knees, hips and lower back. Perfect session to be taking especially if you are wearing work boots or sitting for long periods of time.

    Using the mini stability ball and key targeted exercises, be guided through a full back line postural release class.

  • Work Place Wellness - Core Development

    Episode 6

    An essential core activation class that builds on from our core connection session. Great for overall core stability, spinal support and general body awareness class.

  • Work Place Wellness - Spinal Mobility

    Episode 7

    General full body standing mobility class that in corporates free flowing movement, body awareness and breath control. A great session to re energize the body and mind during your work day breaks.

    This class is the perfect mid afternoon reset to get the upper body mobile, by unravelling any overall restrictions in this targeted area.

    It provides a deep stretch to the chest, arms, upper back, neck and shoulders.

    A great class to reset at your work desk from the comfort of your chair. Take this class mid shift to reset and refocus the mind and body.

  • Work Place Wellness - Foot Release Class

    Episode 2

    This is a fantastic class to relieve tightness and restriction in the lower limbs. It especially targets the body with trigger point therapy and release techniques with the band. A great one to finish your work day on especially for those in careers that require work boots and high heeled footwear.

    General awareness core class great for strengthening posture suitable for all fitness levels. A great class to revisit regularly in your weekly routine.

  • Work Place Wellness - Lower Body Flexibility

    Episode 3

    Using a TheraBand this daily movement class is the perfect addition to your wellness routine. It provides mobility and condition to the ankle, knees and hips with targeted movements to provide freedom in these places. You will notice better posture and balance by taking this class regularly.
