    A fantastic class for beginners and all levels that helps to assist strength, stability and mobility of the upper body. A great class to really see and feel significant change in your posture and overall shape of your upper body.

  • Work Place Wellness - Upper Body Release

    Episode 2

    This class is the perfect mid afternoon reset to get the upper body mobile, by unravelling any overall restrictions in this targeted area.

    It provides a deep stretch to the chest, arms, upper back, neck and shoulders.

  • Work Place Wellness - Spinal Mobility

    Episode 3

    General full body standing mobility class that in corporates free flowing movement, body awareness and breath control. A great session to re energize the body and mind during your work day breaks.

  • Upper Body Energising Class

    Episode 4

    Great class to focus on warming up the upper limbs, lymphatic drainage and assists with improving circulation. Take this class during your work day to get you out of your desk and resetting yourself. Perfect way to also warm up before a heavier loaded movement session/ class too!
