    A fantastic class for beginners and all levels that helps to assist strength, stability and mobility of the upper body. A great class to really see and feel significant change in your posture and overall shape of your upper body.

  • Pilates Upper Body #2

    Episode 3

    A sculpting upper body Pilates workout for general to high fitness levels. This workout can be performed with or without hands weights. Believe me its hard with them!!
    You will definitely feel a targeted challenge.

    This class is a fantastic relax and restore session that really focuses on increasing mobility and creating beautiful space throughout the entire body. All you need for this class is your flexband and mat. *Suitable for general fitness.

    Swiss ball class that starts to build the development of upper body strength and conditioning. This class is supportive but also challenging giving great focus on connection, coordination and postural awareness. The perfect class to begin your strength journey safely.
